There are approximately 73 breeds all over the world -- and each of them have different temperaments and maintenance levels. However, this webpage will mainly focus on 4 different types of breeds. Each breed will have a temperament ranking: with five stars meaning the most even-tempered, and one star being the least even-tempered. Each breed will also have a maintenance ranking: with five stars meaning the highest maintenance level, and one star being the lowest maintenance level.
